Terms of Service.

Effective: May 22, 2026 · Version 1.0

By accessing and using the dgx.co.id website and its products (DGX Hub, WA Gateway, Travel, Toko, etc), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use our services.

1. Our services

Dragonix Interactive ("DGX") is a software studio that sells:

  • SaaS products - ready-to-use applications (DGX Hub, WA Gateway, Travel, etc) with a freemium model
  • Custom development - websites, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, or games built to client specs

Product-specific details are governed by each product's Service Agreement.

2. Accounts

To use most products, you'll need to register an account. You must:

  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Keep your password confidential
  • Not share your account with others (except via permitted team features)
  • Notify us if your account is compromised

3. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Use the service for illegal activities (fraud, spam, malware distribution, etc)
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape our products to build a competing service
  • Resell access without written permission
  • Upload content that violates Indonesian law or others' rights
  • Exploit bugs to gain unauthorized access (please responsibly disclose to admin@dgx.co.id instead)

4. Payments

DGX products have Free, Pro (Rp 4,200,000/year or Rp 420,000/month, year 2+ loyalty price Rp 840,000/year), and Enterprise (custom) tiers.

Some retail-class apps use a 2% transaction fee model, capped at Rp 300,000/month for free-tier users.

Payment via Midtrans or manual bank transfer. Refunds: pro-rated if you cancel mid-month. Details on the Pricing page.

5. Custom development

For custom services (web, app, SaaS, game), a separate contract is agreed after a discovery call. Standard terms:

  • 3-stage payment: 30% kickoff, 40% midpoint demo, 30% on launch
  • Source code transfers to client upon final payment
  • Free bug fixes during warranty period (specified in proposal)
  • Optional maintenance retainer after warranty

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee error-free or never-down service. We are not liable for:

  • Data loss due to natural disasters, major cyberattacks, or force majeure
  • Indirect losses (lost profits, lost opportunity, etc)
  • User-generated content (we're a platform; content is the user's responsibility)

Our maximum liability is limited to fees you've paid us in the past 12 months.

7. Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service anytime - delete your account via the dashboard or email admin@dgx.co.id.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved by good-faith discussion first, or via the District Court of Batam if discussion fails.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
